How Much Does It Cost?

We save time...
Typically, superintendents or technical directors are the ones charged with filing for E-rate dollars and neither have the time to spend hours researching eligibility questions or assembling documentation for filings. We handle all filings, assemble documentation for all funding requests and act as the contact for the school in reviews and audits by the Schools and Library Division. We also conduct appeals, if necessary.

We save money...
We know enough to ensure that all eligible services are being funded. We also provide guidance to schools on how to lower overall cost in technology to affect budget beyond what eRate funding can do to expand technology.  This in turn enables them to choose the most cost-effective technology solutions. In addition, we ensure that filings take place on time and that SLD guidelines are observed. One of the many times overlooked benefits is to file early.  We’ll work with your personnel to inform them of timelines that will cause your funding to be awarded sooner rather than later.

We are Available When You Need Us...
We charge based on the projected funding activity of the client and the size of the number of eligible sites that will be applied for.  This fee covers all services during that funding year from filing to appeals; there are no “extra” charges, even if that school’s funding year turns out to be more work-intensive for us than normal. We are available when you need us, even after regular business hours. Our clients have our home phone numbers and can always call us after hours.

Our Pricing Structure is Fair...
Another item that really sets CTI eRate Services apart from the competition is our fee structure, instead of paying the normal 15%-20% of awarded funding, we charge a flat fee to take care of every stage of your Priority One application and complete all form submissions needed.  If your school is a good candidate for Priority Two funds, we'll do the entire process for a low percentage of awarded funding.  Always remember that other than maintenance cost, a school or district can only receive internal connection funding twice in a five year cycle.

Our services are also available outside of our traditional packages for assistance in evaluating current technologies, writing RFPs or working as a project manager based on an hourly rate or flat fee.  At CTI, we want what you want.
