“CKMC is the provider of medical assistance for several communities here in western Kansas.  Between the hundreds of circuits and phone lines we have, it was a tough call to know exactly where each line went and how much they were in use.  I received minor complaints internally of periodic unavailable lines to make a call.  After CTI had finished an exhaustive evaluation of every line, how it was used, and how much it was used, they showed us how we could get rid of an amazing amount of service cost, and reconfigure the remaining service to run more efficiently.

We were blown away at how much money was being wasted on unnecessary services.  When we had moved to another carrier, they simply matched the existing service and never considered if it was needed.  We were also told that CKMC was under the best rates possible, being part of CHI (Catholic health Initiatives), by a major carrier we were using.  However, CTI’s staff worked hard and found better pricing for both our local and long distance.  But they didn’t stop there, they also identified optional types of service that we didn’t know ere available.
